Looking for new members is so hard! So many great musicians and personalities to chose from. It's hard to find people who are as passionate as you about the music you are playing. Especially with Jess and I because we write all of the music. It is definitely hard to find people who are passionate about music they don't write themselves. But so far we are doing well and it looks like we are going to have success in our search... but we still have many more auditions to come.
Since For: Fairweather has become a full band we have spent so much time practicing with different musicians. Jess and I are so so so ready to start putting together all of the new songs we have been working on on our own time, we just haven't had the time to bring up something new with all of the different players we've gone through. It is definitely time to find something more permanent so we can focus more towards the writing side.
Have a good night.
See you all soon.

See F:FW on Park City TV!

Hey guys! So it's official the Monday before our Green Desert Festival we are going to be doing a performance and interview on Park City TV. We will be playing 3 songs, not sure if it will be acoustic or full band, but will let you know as soon as we find out! Here are the details...
Park City TV
Monday September 15th, 2008
6-7 pm
You can visit their website at:
Also we are in the process of recording out full band CD right now, we are all really excited because although we have been performing full band for quite some time now we have yet to release a full band album. As of now we have done most of the drum and bass tracks. It is sounding great!
We'll keep you posted!

Welcome!
Hello earth!
Kaycee and I decided to start our blog! I just created it but her and myself will be writing on it regularly. So be sure to check back often. We have a lot of things happening for us right now that we're so excited about. Anyone heard of the Green Desert Festival? It's an awesome music festival that lasts 3 days long and everyone camps out and has a blast. Everyone should go! It's September 19th-21st. We'll be playing on Saturday the 20th.
We're also holding auditions for a lead guitarist and a bassist. If you or anyone you know would like to try-out just contact Kaycee or myself. Here is our ad (their are a few requirements)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is what we are looking for:
Practice 2-3 times per week (including Sundays)
Have your own nice professional gear.
Be able to play shows.
Possibly play out of state shows.
Have your own transportation That sort of thing.
We take this very seriously and are looking for people who do the same. If this is something you are only looking to do short term please explain. Call or email for an audition.
Thanks!
